Todays acrylic painting is for a striking nighttime minimalist landscape painted on a piece of antique ceiling tin. My ceiling tin is signed and numbered on the back and comes framed with a black wood frame, ready to hang. To see a closeup pic or purchase then
SOLD! Todays painting is for a fun, vibrant, colorful small painting of 2 hereford cows. This is an original acrylic on watercolor paper. Image is 3 7/8" x 5 1/4" and comes with a white mat to fit into an 8x10 frame (please see link to show it with the white mat). I have some extra white mats and pieces of watercolor paper and was hoping to paint some looser, colorful paintings. So far this is the only one that I have finished.
Todays painting is for an original acrylic painting on wood panel 8x8 I call "Night Barn". I love this barn, it is a few miles from where I live. Last summer I was really excited because I was going to do a series of paintings focusing on this barn and the outbuilding surrounding it. Imagine my disappointment when I got there and none of the buildings were standing...a wind storm blew them down the week before. So sad...Iowa loses so many barns a year, I wish I was rich and I would find a way to "adopt" them and preserve some. To purchase this painting or find much more of my art for sale then
