Finally I saw a robin today! Our official first sign of spring around here. There are also a lot of canadian geese heading north, another spring, so it is official, spring is really going to show up! Sorry about all of the talk about weather...it is something you do when you live in Iowa.This painting is for an original acrylic on masonite that comes framed and ready to hang.

That's very interesting. The birds winter here, and a bit south as well, so we see them all winter. Haven't noticed the geese and ducks flying north in a while, since I am indoors a lot after retiring. I always enjoyed hearing them. They would stop in the fields around here on their way south and north.
